About: After years of making kimchi at home and learning about fermentation, Zach & Amanda decided to backpack around South Korea on a fermentation vacation. Then they moved to Austin, Texas and decided to start a tiny food truck. After feeding countless customers and turning kimchi skeptics into kimchi fanatics, they decided to share their kimchi with everyone!
